Carlos Brathwaite, a WEST INDIES hero, had a Saturday to remember
At the weekend, the 2016 Twenty20 World Cup-winning all rounder made his Birmingham & District Premier League debut with Knowle & Dorridge CC.
Carlos Brathwaite, West Indies' hero, was out for a golden goose and had his car taken on his debut in English club cricket.

Brathwaite took a long jump from the opposing spinner to be caught on the first ball of the season.
Brathwaite was unable to endure a terrible Saturday afternoon on the pitch and off it in the first game this season.
Former Windies star - who was last in 2019, representing his country - had figures of 0/31 in just four runs in his first bowl in six months against Leamington CC.
Brathwaite took a long hop to the feet of a fielder from FIRST BOWL English club cricket. He was looking for a golden duck.
Later, the all-rounder revealed that he had also kept his CAR STOLEN.
Brathwaite, reflecting on his strange afternoon, tweeted: "What an amazing day yesterday...
"First bowling game in six months after an injury...
"First ball duck after a long hop...
"Car stolen..."
Brathwaite, however, was in remarkable good spirits despite the shocking events of Saturday.
He continued, "But you know what? I woke up this morning, the Sun is shining, and giving thanks."
"Happy Easter to everyone!"
Brathwaite was on the field to represent Knowle & Dorridge, having signed last year for the T20 side of the county, the Birmingham Bears.
They had high hopes for their overseas pro and even called themselves "The Home of Carlos Brathwaite" on social media.
Brathwaite was fourth-change bowler and he failed to demonstrate why he was so important in the Windies team during the 2010s.
The all-rounder was a knockabout in the field, scoring 7.75 runs per over with four wicketless sets.
K&D fans had been eager to see Brathwaite after he famously beat Ben Stokes for four sixes consecutively to win the 2016 T20 World Cup final.
Brathwaite was No5, scoring 76-3, with 228 runs to win from 50 overs.
The explosive hitter, however, went after Leamington spinner Dinuk Da Silva with his first ball.

Da Silva dropped a rank long hop that Brathwaite badly mis-timed and spit up into the air.
K&D lost by 12 runs, after falling to 212 with one ball remaining.
