Pen, 45, texted her boss, saying that he wasn't having a massage right now and he wouldn't get up.
A few moments later, Warne's 52-year-old body was discovered by his friends.
Thai Pen had already provided Shane with a nail treatment at the same location.
SE was told by her: "Shane was getting a massage, and the other two girls left before I."
"I received a text stating that I would do his nails, and give him a foot massage after they were done.
"I believe Shane was asleep in his bedroom the entire time, because I didn’t see him during my nail treatment to his friend.
"I was supposed go to Shane after that, but the maid knocked at his door and he didn't answer.
"There was no sound in my room, and they said that he was asleep. So I left.
"When I returned home, I was informed that he had passed away. I was very sad." He was probably dead when I was at the villa.
Last Friday, Warne was reportedly suffering from a heart attack.
Pen was to meet him at 5pm.
Before paramedics arrived, the three friends with whom he was still staying -- manager Andrew Neophitou as well as Tom Hall, owner of a sports website -- battled to revive his condition with CPR.
Yesterday, the star's family paid tribute to their "much loved" star as a post-mortem revealed that he had died of natural causes.
Brigette and Keith, the parents of their son, said that it was a "tragic event" they will never be able to accept.
They said, "To find the right words to express our sorrow is impossible for us. Looking to the future without Shane would be unimaginable. Hopefully the mountain of happy memories that we all have will help to cope with our ongoing grief."
Brooke, 24, Jackson 22; Summer, 20; Summer, 20 were his children. They praised him as the "best father".
Last night, Warne's body went by ambulance to be flown back to Australia.
On Sunday, a woman fan was able to get into an ambulance that was transporting the spin bowling king to the post mortem.
In an apparent security breach, she was allowed into the vehicle and spent less time with Warne than it took for her to leave.
Surachate Hakparn, chief of police, said that he had investigated the matter and decided not to take any further action.
He claimed that the woman had a fan club and was upset.
